Pawar said, “We get support from students and their parents.
Parents are sensitive and slowly reluctant they turn into confidence and all students begin to come to school.”
Online discussions are organized by the State Council of Maharashtra for Scerter research and training.
Pediatric Covid-19 Task Member Maharashtra Samir Dalwai, said the education department must provide an indication of clear syllabus to students and also ensure that the exam is not immediately done.
“The students must be given a minimum of two weeks to adjust after a very long homeschooling gap.
They should not be pressed by the exam immediately after joining the school,” he said.
They must be allowed to share thoughts, hang out, meet and greet their friends and give time to adjust, he added.
Hemangi Educator Joshi said parents should not insist on vaccination at this point for children.
If students are familiar with the screen and suddenly withdrawn from them, this situation must be handled properly by the teachers, he added.
The teacher also needs time to complete after joining offline schools after almost 18 months, and if they need counseling they have to seek support, he said.
Former educational director, Vasant Kalpande, said, “In the early days, students must be given free time to talk among themselves, express themselves and adjust to physical schools.
Let them talk about Covid-19, and if there is a misunderstanding , they have to be cleaned by the teacher.
In fact, getting rid of the screen at all it will not be easy as it has now become a part of the system.
So, if this device is used under the guidance of teachers and parents, they will be a good learning source.
