Gurgaon: Minister of Manohar Minister Lal Khattar said on Monday that each tehsil would now use a differential global positioning system (DGPS) for demarcation and land alignment.
Khattar made an announcement while leading a monthly meeting to hear the complaints of the population.
A total of 13 complaints were submitted at the meeting, where 11 was discussed in place.
Until now, the demarcation of plots and their alignment was carried out by private surveyors who were authorized to the specified costs.
Because this is done manually, surveys often need time and delay in the project.
Officials say many applications have accumulated in the Tehsil and DGPS office will only track the plot demarcation process.
The problem was taken when discussing complaints submitted by the villagers of Mohammad Heri, who accused that the construction of waterways in the area has been delayed more than a year because the soil has not been restricted.
CM direct PWD officials to complete drainage work in a month after demarcation of land.
He also asked local Tehsildar to complete the measurement of Pancayati land in Bhokarka Village in 15 days.
Khattar also heard a request for the construction of a 145m long road by the Nbcc Green View population in the 37D sector.
CM instructed Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg to find a solution to the problem because road construction was delayed for several years because it did not acquire land.
The waterlogging problem on Dahar along the Najafgarh channel was also raised at the meeting.
Floods have affected agricultural land in many villages, and Khattar said that a plan was being worked on to resolve the problem.
“The Gurgaon division commission has reviewed this problem and submitted a report to wetland authorities.
After that, the technical and financial sub-committees are formed under the authority.
To solve the problem of waterlogging, we consider lakes in the slope and the surrounding bund area.
Flood has affected around 5,000 hectares of agricultural land there, “Khattar said.
In complaints by the M3M Woodshire resident over the waste disposal found his way to the plot of Pancayati, Khattar directed GMDA officials to connect Dharampur village drains with STP before wastewater released into the Najafgarh tract.
Head of MCG Mukesh Ahuja, meanwhile, was asked to conduct a special survey for the recovery of the droneCharya teacher pool and eliminate the surrounding encroachment and build a boundary wall.
