PRAYAGRAJ: The Allahabad high court ignored on Tuesday the security plea of a last year bunch, imagining that the girl was married and at an live-in relationship with another guy.
“We don’t comprehend how this kind of request (could ) be enabled, allowing illegality in society,” the high court detected while imposing a fine of Rs 5,000 over the bunch.
Petitioner number-one, Geeta, in Aligarh, is a significant and can be at an live relationship with petitioner amount two, who’s a significant man.

It ensures that no individual will be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by legislation.
The court, although noting that the girl is the lawfully wedded spouse of a few of those respondents in the instance, commented:”She’s for whatever reasons chose to move away from her spouse, is we let them reside compared (sic) under the guise of security of liberty and life?” The court directed the fine levied on the petitioners be deposited with them together with an Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority.
