Prasagraj: Special Court (MP and MLA) on Mondays framed against former MP and Mafia Don-edit-Atiq Ahmad politicians for criminal murder and conspiracy in two separate criminal cases.
Atiq is currently submitted at Ahmedabad Jail of Gujarat.
He was present in front of the court through video conferencing.
The first case was related to the murder of one Kumar Jitendra under the Dhoonangj police station, Prasagraj, who had occurred in 2016.
Jitendra Kumar aka Munna was shot dead when he went to NCR headquarters from Rajroopur on July 11, 2016.
It was alleged that Jitendra was threatened and requested not to pursue cases related to land disputes.
The mother of the deceased, Surajkali has submitted FIR in this case.
Then, the police submitted a chargesheet against Atiq and others.
Special courts recognize the recognition of the chargesheet and framed fees against Atiq for murder, criminal conspiracy, general intentions, unlawful and other assemblies.
In other cases, one Alkama and Surjeet were shot dead on September 25, 2015, at Maradeheh under the Dhoomanjagj police station.
Allegedly that Atiq with the help of abid complainants killed the alki and Surjeet.
The police have also submitted Chargesheet in this case against Atiq and his supporters.
Special Judges (MP and MLA) Alok Kumar Srivastava took the awareness of Chargesheet and framed fees against Atiq to commit murder, criminal conspiracy, riots and armed assemblies who violated the law.
During the entire process, Atiq, who was present through video conferencing, asked the court from these cases.
