Six days after a 15-year-old girl was killed by a young man in the Prem Tea Plantation area from Dehradun, the district court here on Tuesday stated the killer underage.
During his arrest, the defendant told the police that he was 19 years old, but his academic document delivered in court revealed that he was a minor.
At present, the boy lodged in a district prison because he was over 16 years old.
