Ambala: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Ambala Police in Haryana arrested a most sought-after murderer accused after 12 years on Tuesday, Senior Ambala (SSP) supervisor Hamid Akhtar.
Surender alias Chhotu from Balmiki Basti escaped in a murder case for more than a decade.
He came to his house on Raksha Bandhan’s night.
The police received the same tip-off and he was arrested.
Police said that Surender’s Eleven accused the stand punished by the court.
Ambala Cia-I In-Charge Inspector Sandeep Singh said that accusing Surender will be produced in the District Court on Wednesday for his detention.
On November 6, 2009, Singh Talwinder from Charchhi Mohalla, Ambala City, has filed a complaint at the Ambit City Police Station that accuses Amit, Sahil, Monty, Surender aka Chhotu, Jasram, Radhe, Rohit Babu, Aka Alias, Aka Pahadiya , Dogra, all residents of Balmiki Basti, Ambala, and King Panipat and the other four-five have killed Amninder’s brother after attacking with weapons and sharp-eyed sticks.
Amninder had died of a fatal injury he received in the attack.
