PANAJI: The state government has submitted a request before the High Court seeks entries for people who are fully vaccinated to the country without having to produce a Covid-19 negative certificate.
Health under the secret of Gautami Parmekar was handed over to the High Court which remembered the decline in the number of active Covid cases, a steady decrease in the level of state of the country, and improved the situation of the pandemic throughout the country, “Normal must be restored in a cave state”.
In its application, the government stated that on July 6 Goa had 1,957 active cases, the level of participation was less than 5% and the recovery rate at 97%, which contrasted with the situation on May 6 when the High Court passed through the order.
The government also stated that the level of participants throughout the country had declined sharply and on June 30 stood by 2.34% and less than 5% for 23 consecutive days.
Weekly levels in the entire country on June 30 were 2.69% and the recovery rate was 96.92%.
Stating that the expert committee at its fourth meeting on July 2, which is recommended to allow entry travelers from other countries and UTS to hold authentic vaccination certificates with two doses completed before entering without Covid testing reports, the government submits the details of other countries that allow.
The state government on May 6 directs the administration to ensure that no one is allowed to enter the country unless they have a negative certificate obtained within 72 hours since they searched for the country.
