Ghaziabad: For almost a month after the death of a man who “fell” from the seventh floor an apartment in the city, another couple and man had booked for his murder.
The wife of a person who died has alleged that he was captivated by a woman who was accused of having a prohibited relationship and his three calm Lakh Rupee with the pretext of investing in the company and then, killing him.
Ajit Singh died on August 21 and anxiously in this case registered at the Nandgram police station on Monday.
According to the police, Ajit, a Gurgaon resident, has worked in a multinational company but in March, he quit his job and started a company.
Ajit’s wife, Rachna has said in her complaint that the defendant woman was relatively their Rakhi Singh.
He and her husband Amit Singh live in a residential community in Raj Nagar Extension and Ajit will often visit them.
Then, Rakhi and Ajit experience relationships and when Rakhi and Amit start a company, they offer partnerships to Ajit.
Rachna accused that Ajit gave more than Rs 20 lakh for the company but did not get the number again.
“On August 21, Ajit went to talk to them about something and he told me that he would return at night.
But around 4pm, I got a call from the police and I was told that Ajit was dead,” he said.
He accused him of being attacked by the defendant.
“Once my husband lost consciousness, they pushed him from the flat floor of the flat,” he added.
“Others, who identify themselves as Kulvinder Singh, are used to threaten us every time they ask for the money back,” he added.
Avnish Kumar, Circle Officer, Gerbang Sihani, said the FIR has been submitted against Rakhi, Amit and Kulvinder under the IPC 302 (murder) section.
“Investigations are ongoing and the arrest will be done soon,” he said.
