JAIPUR: Rajasthan ACB on Saturday Registered an FIR against four Individuals from the Alwar ESIC Hospital Recruiting scam.

The FIR was filed against detained officials of Gujarat-based firm MJ Solanki Company, that has been entrusted with all the recruitment of esophageal staff, along with also an officer posted in AIIMS-Jodhpur.
Manjal PatelThe accused named in the FIR will be the corporation’s area in-charge, Bharat Poonia, manager Kana Ram Choudhary, spouse Manjal Patel along with AIIMS-Jodhpur nursing officer Mahipal Yadav.
These were detained Thursday following the ACB found the random selection procedure subsequent days of intelligence gathering and surveillance.
The scam was discovered when ACB’s specific evaluation wing (SIW) discovered that the business was demanding Rs 2 lakh for a juvenile job in the hospital along with Rs 80,000 to get a nursing assistant.
Mahipal YadavA team headed by ASP (SIW) Bajrang Singh Shekhawat is now residing in Alwar to stunt the situation.
“Aside from the four named in the FIR, we also have cited other unnamed accused because their function is under evaluation,” stated DG (ACB) BL Soni, including that the FIR has been registered under numerous conditions of the avoidance of corruption Act.
Sources stated that the use of Kuldeep Yadav, private assistant to Alwar MP Balak Nath, is under investigation for his alleged involvement in the situation.
While Yadav wasn’t named in the FIR, ACB officials asserted stunt against Yadav would last.
“After he (Yadav) discovered that business officials were piling up to Rs two lakh from aspirants to get a temporary nursing occupation, in addition, he started demanding a talk from officers involved with the recruitment procedure,” a formal informed TOI.
The ESIC Hospital also has issued an order terminating the contract it had signed up by MJ Solanki Company.
The arrangement requested the company to draw”all of the statutory manpower deployed” in the hospital.
Researchers are also examining the alleged function of hospital officials, particularly those who have been responsible for assessing and approving records of candidates.
“The organization was shortlisted about 80 applicants for contractual function.
But we discovered that just 12 had filed records linked to their own nursing school and experience qualifications.
This increases distress,” said an official.
The sources added that shortlisted candidates might also be quizzed shortly in the situation.
