Alwar: Nearly 17 days after government school staff in Alwar District were ordered to alleged Gangrap and abuse of small girls, police in Bhiwadi had found that the accusation was false and fired for the orders of the former teacher.
The police on Friday submitted a final report (FR) in this case after concluding that their investigation revealed that a former teacher, Dev Prakash Yadav in collusion with a woman, has asked the family of five girls to file a shot against the teaching staff.
SP (BHIWADI) RAM Murti Joshi said that the police tended to take action against Yadav and his aide in this case.
Police accused Yadav posted in the same school and sent to prison for attacking students sexually last year.
Police accused that Yadav had offered money to the families of the girls.
Bhiwadi police have long suspected the role of Yadav in this case because the teachers named in this case were witnesses in his case.
He then left the prison and hatched a conspiracy with a local woman where they thought they were offering money and persuaded the family to submit cases against the teachers.
Three pine was registered at a police station on December 7 where a total of 15 people, including teaching and clerical staff were the government ordered.
Immediately after the incident, Rajasthan police have formed a special (sitting) investigation team to see this problem.
Police Bhiwadi said that their investigation found that YADAV had planned all conspiracies with the aim of involving school teachers.
Along with Yadav, the police also investigated the involvement of a woman identified as Mamta, which colluded with Yadav.
Police said that actions tended to be taken against Yadav for his role in this case.
