Blinken, who is in Paris to attend the organization for economic and development cooperation (OECD), said that no one has to take unilateral action that changes the status quo by force.
“Provocative action entered the wrong direction.
And it is very important that no one takes unilateral actions that change the status quo forcibly, and so we really need to see China stop some actions taken because they have the potential to source instability, not stability,” he said.
