“We are working on a formula where Minister of Chief and Sidhu can work together,” he told reporters.
The formula has been designed after a meeting with Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and the Kishhor poll strategic expert, according to the source.

According to the source, Navjot Singh Sidhu is likely to get the position of head of state with two works of work on his team, and Amarinder Singh will lead the party into elections.
However, there is no official announcement that has been made so far.
The official announcement will be done soon.
Both Sidhu and Singh have gathered with each other and has made public statements with each other, encouraging parties to establish a panel of three members led by Malikarjun Kharge to end the clap.
Sources say that the Punjab Congress can also have two work presidents, in an effort to accommodate all parts, regions, religions and caste.
The party will announce a large insubaration in Punjab in the next few days that might see the new PCC head.
Cricketer-Big-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu, who has raised weapons against Amarinder Singh, has met with the Secretary General of the Priyanka Party Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi in the past.
The three member committee led by the Senior Party leader Malikarjun Kharge, arranged to resolve the problem, has submitted his report.
