Ambala MP Rattan Lal Kataria resigned as Minister of Union, lost posting in 2 years

Ambala: Ambala Members of Parliament (MP) of Rattan Lal Kataria which hold allegations of the Union State Minister for Jal Shakti and Social Justice and empowerment on Wednesday resigned from their position and in other words, the Modi government has transferred it from office.

About two years ago in the election of the 2019 Sabha Lok, Kataria has defeated the President of the Congress Committee Haryana Pradesh Kumari Selja by pocketing around 57 percent of the votes with a large margin of around 3.42 lakh sounds.
Prior to this, the selected kataria was a member of Parliament from the Constituency of Ambala Lok Sabha in 1999 and 2014.
In fact, the Kataria had lost earlier than Selp in 2004 and 2009 Lok Sabha Election.
Banto Kataria’s wife was appointed as Director of Gail Independent (Indian Gas Authority Limited) in 2018 and his son Chanderkant Kataria was chosen at Haryana Civil Sernes in December 2019 as class-I officer.
Before Kataria, Leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Suraj Bhan who was elected MP from the Ambala seat was given the responsibility of the Agriculture Minister Uni by the Government of Bihari Vajpayee Atal in 1996.
