Amicus is looking for rules that prohibit pop use

Bhandarkar and Lakhani pray for direction to the respondents strictly applying the CPCB revised guidelines on May 12 2020 for soaking idols in letters and true spirits.
They also asked the center and stated to ask NMC to take all possible steps to prevent water pollution, save the check on idol makers and demand be lost to the penalty and collect a fine.
Amicus further insisted that the authorities must be a committee to conduct scientific studies to assess pop impacts, their potential to cause pollution in the environment and water bodies and to suggest a solution.
He asked for respondents to submit reports on their preparation to apply CPCB guidelines during the upcoming Ganesh Festival from September 10.
He also demanded direction to criticize modalities to change and combat current environmental crises that have developed due to excessive -Biodegradable substances for various purposes such as Pop.
