NEW DELHI: Minister of Home Union Amit Shah said on Tuesday, given the contribution made by former minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh and Indian Defense Chief of India India Bipin Rawat after both of them were awarded Padma Vibhushan Award at the evening of the Republic.
