Shillong: The Minister of Union Amit Shah reached Shillong on a two-day trip to the northeastern region on Saturday.
He was welcomed by the head of Meghalaya Minister Sangma Conrad and other senior ministers.
Shah was accompanied by the State Minister for the Ministry of Development of the North Eastern Conference, Dr.
Jitendra Singh and Minister of Culture and Development of the North East India Gishan Reddy.
Chairman of Minister Conrad Sangma last week held a meeting of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) with the East Sea parties.
Shah’s visit was one of the main agendas during the meeting.
