Hyderabad: The Ministry of Home Union Amit Shah will discuss public meetings in Nirmal City in Telangana on Friday which is being held by BJP State on the occasion of the ‘Telangana Liberation Day’.
The meeting was held to commemorate the sacrifice of the freedom fighters who fought against Nizam and Razakar, BJP said.
Although the country received independence on August 15, 1947, the former Prince Hyderabad country (under Nizam’s rule) joined the Indian Union on September 17, 1948.
BJP has demanded for several years now because it was officially celebrated.

The meeting, to be attended by Shah, is expected to raise the demands of BJP Vis-A-Vis BJP for the official celebration of the day.
BJP State President and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Thursday alleged that the powerful TRS had changed his attitude on the problem after the power.
Telangana BJP General Secretary of G Premender Reddy, who issued a statement on September 7th on the meeting which will be attended by Amit Shah as the guest chief, said that during separate Telangana agitation, President TRS and Minister of Minister of Finance K Chandrasekhar Rao has demanded the official celebration of September 17 .
This is a double standard on the Rao section to return with his attitude after ruling, he accused.
Significantly, the city of Nirmal is a witness to the Thousand Heribuese people who combat England and Nizam, BJP said.
