Mangaluru: At least 26 employees of private seafood companies rushed to the hospital after chemicals – allegedly ammonia – leaked in the unit at Beheramanamady on the outskirts of the city of Mangalore on Tuesday.

It has been said that after the leakage was reported from the storage unit and fish exports around 10am, 26 employees were rushed to a private hospital.
From them, 10 were discarded after the examination and 16 were in observation.
