Actor Punjabi Ammy Virk has landed in one after another controversy.
While he still found a way out of the protest of farmers and the altercation of ‘qisat 2’, a new controversy around the song ‘Qubool A’ from ‘Sufna’ began to do a round.
The lyrics of the song were accused of hurting the religious sentiment of the Muslim community, and because it was good Jaana, who wrote the song, and Ammy Virk dropped an apology to their social media handles.
Note Reading – “My sincere apology to be nephew and hurt many sentiments with the lyrics of Qubool A (released in 2020) I have no intention of hurting religious sentiment and I hope I realize the interpretation before putting the lyrics before giving birth.
In that song .
If I knew I would never do that.
We have taken the song as soon as we realize how it can be interpreted that we do not know and change the lyrics.
may the Almighty forgive me and others involved in the song because they do not realize it can be painful .
Once again my sincere apology.
”
This was posted by Ammy Virk and Jaani in their handles.
After this post, many fans have commented that they did not find fault with the song or lyrics.
However, according to the report, it did not go down well with Naib Shahahi Imam Maulana Muhammad Usman Rehani from the Mosque of Jama Ludhiana.
Reportedly, he has objected to the word ‘Apostle’, which has been used in the song.
In Arabic, ‘Apostles’ translates to ‘messenger or prophet’.
In Islam, the term each refers to God’s last prophet, the Prophet Muhammad.
He holds a very respectable place in Islam.
Therefore, Maulana Muhammad Usman Rehani said that the song lyrics had hurt people around the world.
Reportedly he accused Ammy VIRK and a stupid team, and demanded the government to take strict action against them based on article 295 because of hurting the religious sentiment of the Muslim community.
Now even though Ammy and Jaani have given a public apology, allegedly Mulana Muhammad Usman Rehmani insisted about letting this problem run easily.
