Vasco: The alleged victim of a sex scandal involving a minister, approached the Mormugao police station on Tuesday which offered assistance in an investigation against the Vice President of the Congress Committee Pradesh Sankhalp Amonkar.
The victim, who came with his advocate at the police station on Tuesday, alleged that Amonkar cheatedly took his cellphone handset and other materials, and used it for political tricks.
