Amrapali case: 1.5 lakh own owner waiting for Ruling SC scheduled for Friday to open the way for the registry

Greater Noida: The Supreme Court Session is scheduled for Friday about the problem of Amrapali (Item No.
301) where the trial will occur in the interest contribution between authorities and builders.
It is expected to open the way for the registry of more than 1.5 lakh flat owners GB Nagar.
The trial was on the petition of the reviews submitted by the authority in connection with the previous decision regarding the dispute section of interest in the issue submitted by the ACE Group.
“Decisions, whatever, will bind to the builders and authorities and will end the conflict related to the interest section that is due,” said Abhishek Kumar President Extension Noida Extension Flat Worfare Association (Nefowa).
The SC decision will lead to the final calculation of the following contributions, the registry of the flat owner will be facilitated as soon as the builder clears their contributions.
