Amravati Div has a large first dose backlog, needs to be 75k to reach the final target

Nagpur: With more than 40 lakh people who are not vaccinated even 11 months after the launch of the immunization program, the Amravati division will require 75,000 vaccinations per day to achieve the target of the state government to complete more than 90% vaccination at the end of November.
The Nagpur Division, has a higher target of Amravati, has a backlog that is relatively lower than 17 lakh.
It is necessary to 32,000 per day to complete the 19% of the recipients targeted at the first dose at the November 30 deadline.
More than 75% of non-vaccinated populations come from Amravati, Yavatmal and Buldhana.
All districts in the Division of Amravati, including Akola and Washim, have almost 40% to 45% of qualified beneficiaries have not taken their first dose.
The overall toplog division is at 44%, almost double Nagpur.

More than 6.6 Lakh Benefiadia was not vaccinated – the highest in terms of percentage at 46% in Vidarbha – owned by Akola.
Amravati has become the center of the second wave.
The official apathetic allegation led to the rapid spread of Covid-19 from February and so on in the division.
Administration once again seems to have been caught nap because it fails to convince people about vaccination.
Deputy Director of Health Services (Akola Circle) Dr.
Rajkumar Chauhan did not answer the question about this problem.
Commissioner of Division Amravati Piyush Singh told TOI that they had mapped extensive social outreach initiatives to increase vaccination coverage from November 10, Singh said, “We plan to complete the first dose on November 30.
The team has been calculated in fashion such as elections.
And workers Asha will be traced to monitor their house-wise.

“He claimed the first dose of the District Washim was 61% complete and the second dose was 35%.
In accordance with the Cowin system, the district has more than 39% of the first dose on November 7.
This division has also taken steps such as using more labor, giving incentives to people who are vaccinated in shopping areas, office places, backpack stores in the mosque on Friday, and ‘close to home vaccination’ for the community Banjara.
