Rajkot: Supervisor of Police Amreli (SP) Nugipt Rai and a policeman had a close shave when they began to be dragged in the sea near Japhrabad on Sunday.
The source said that the incident occurred near Sarkeshwar Beach close to Jafrabad where Rai went with family.
Other police and Sagar Rakshak Dal (SRD) Jawan was present at that place saved him and another police in time.
