Amrita began the initiative of Eco Bappa Morya in 2019 to spread awareness.
He said, “Ganesh Chaturthi before was an ugly celebration where Ganesh Ji’s idol was made from clay gathered from a person’s home complex and Visarjan was done well in the complex.

He further added, “I feel Sarvajanik Mahotsav has turned into a competition whose idols are better, etc.

I believe the size of your devotion is not measured by idol size You pray.
