Amrita Rao is in the atmosphere of the celebration as his favorite festival Ganeshotsav is here.
Personally, he celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi at home for one and a half days.
He introduced his son Veer to Lord Ganesha because this was the first time born.
Amrita who uses and reuse Silver Murti Year after year for Puja believes in celebrating each festival that remembers ecology.
He said, “I hope everyone follows an environmentally friendly celebration.
We must see it that our celebration does not endanger others.
I always say someone must get rid of POP MURTIS (idols made of Placester Paris).
Instead, people have to look for Murtists made of Shadu Maat, which is a land clay and is not harmful to the mother.
I also felt that only this eco-friendly idol that had to be allowed to Visarjan to the sea.
”
Amrita began the initiative of Eco Bappa Morya in 2019 to spread awareness.
He said, “Ganesh Chaturthi before was an ugly celebration where Ganesh Ji’s idol was made from clay gathered from a person’s home complex and Visarjan was done well in the complex.
This is a symbol of – what comes from the earth back to earth ‘.”
He further added, “I feel Sarvajanik Mahotsav has turned into a competition whose idols are better, etc.
And therefore the size of idols and frills and fantasy orchestras and hard music has increased new challenges.
I believe the size of your devotion is not measured by idol size You pray.
I hope to continue every possible effort in the future to promote the environmentally friendly celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi.
