The government has proposed to move the High Court and all state judicial and law institutions for Kurnool, while shifting the administration to Visakhapatnam to leave the legislature (both the legislative council and the legislative council) in Amaravati.
This step was opposed by all opposition parties and farmers who gave their land in the land collection system to build capital in Amaravati.

Although the ruling party and the legislative secretariat claimed that the reference to the Select Committee was not made in accordance with the regulatory book, studied that the High Court also saw this problem seriously.
The ruling YSR Congress party has now gained a majority in the legislative council that drives TDP to a minority at home.
Although it is not known officially about the government’s intention to revoke three bills, it is believed that the government wants to initiate the process by obtaining approval from legislative assembly and the legislative council to avoid legal supervision.
