Mumbai: Former Minister of Home Anil Deshmukh Personal Assistant Kundan Shinde and Cancel Waze Cop Sachin Different in Painted 4.7 Crore Rs who entered the minister’s education trust account.
Shinde, as long as it was questioned by the Directorate of Enforcement, reportedly denied collecting RS 4.7 Crore’s cash from Waze API which was now dismissed, but Waze during his custodial interrogation against him by providing the main details to support his claim, said the source.
Ed has recorded Waze’s statement for the second time Saturday and last week, faced him about Shinde’s claim.
Waze reportedly shared the location details where he handed over cash to Shinde and provided other details.
Waze, in his previous statement, told Ed he gave money to Shinde.
Ed caught Shinde and Deshmukh PS Sanjeev Palande recently.
As long as it was questioned, Shinde was reportedly denied raising money from Waze, which pushed Ed to face Waze.
Previously, Ed had recorded a statement of bar owners who said they had raised money between December 2020 and February 2021 from others and contributed their shares.
They submitted Rs 4.7 Crore to abort.
Source Ed said that agency had evidence that Waze support supports.
An officer said, “Ed has evidence to connect the transaction chain.
From the 4.7 Crore Rs collection to its transfer to the Nagpur Dishmukh trust account as a donation.” Advocate Kamsheh Ghumre for Deshmukh said Waze had given a different statement in a written statement in the presence of a written statement, compared with what was recorded by the institution.
“In Affidavit, Waze doesn’t say anything about giving money to Dishmukh or his PA,” he said.
