PATIALA: Police in Patiala have captured Jagmeet Singh aged 28 years, who became popular during farmer agitation because they did not move in front of the Haryana Air Cannon of Haryana, and the other two were suspected of campaigning for the SFJ 2020 banner clothing referendum and appealing to the masses to choose online .
