Kolkata: KALANG MLA BJP SOUMEN Roy on Saturday joined the Trinamool Congress before the Secretary General of the Party of Parha Chatterjee in Kolkata, which affected the defection of the first legislative wing in North Bengal and fourth in the state, imposed the 71st Safron Party MLAS calculation, beat Roy, Tanmoy Ghosh and Biswahit Das have joined Trinamool despite trying by BJP Bengal leaders to keep parties close together.
Soumen, a loyalist hit, has joined BJP after the Lok Sabha 2019 poll just like Bagda MLA Bisang Das.
After taking the TMC flag from Chatterjee, he apologized for leaving Trinamool.
“Even after I stopped Trinamool, my mind and soul with a party.
I did not subscribe to the BJP division ideology.
I want to be part of Didi’s development work has taken in North Bengal.
State culture does not match BJP culture,” he said.
