Prasagraj: In a delayed case in the presence of the Allahabad High Court related to the suspension of Dr.
Kafel Khan, a Medical College of Gorakhpur pediatrician, the state government on Tuesday told the High Court that other disciplinary processes began with Dr.
Khan.
For “various incidents” which occurred during the first suspension period when he was attached to the director’s office, medical education and other sequence sequences separately passed it.
This trip will still be concluded and the sequence of this suspension continues to hold the field, additional advocacy General Goyal Manish is submitted while representing the state government.
Previously, on August 6, 2021, the state government had told the high court that the order of disciplinary authority was on February 24, 2020, where further investigation was directed towards Dr.
Kafel, had been withdrawn.
Dr.
Kafel was suspended from service on August 22, 2017, after the death of around 60 babies at the Brd Medical College Hospital due to lack of oxygen.
Furthermore, he separately suspended in connection with various incidents, which occurred in the director’s office, medical education.
Taking AAG Submission on Record, Justice Yashwant Varma directed the state government to record with a written statement within two weeks of the suspension or other important facts relating to the initial sequence of the suspension on August 22, 2017, where Dr.
Kafel was suspended and repaired August 31 as the next hearing date.
In the current Writ petition, where Dr.
Kafel has challenged the sequence of suspension on August 22, 2017, he has revealed that at first the trial was taken from nine people.
“The seven of them were suspended along with the applicant have since been restored while waiting for the conclusion of the discipline process,” added Dr.
Kafel.
In the order of July 29, 2021, the High Court when noting this submission, had observed, “Respondents were obliged to justify the continuation of the sequence of suspension which continued for more than four years.”
