Dreamland Cinema, located in Grant Road, is moving under redevelopment.
The person who owns the cinema Yunus Supariwala, once contacted, advises,”It will redevelopment plus a mall is going to be built but there’ll be a little theater which will keep viewing of movies”.
Supariwala had shot over Dreamland Cinema 35 decades back.
“After I took on the cinema hall,’Tezaab’ was the very first movie which was screened there also and it conducted for 50 months.
The previous movie that played was Tiger Shroff’s’Baaghi 3′,” he stocks emotionally.
Dreamland Cinema was among the very prominent theaters in Mumbai for movie releases throughout the’70s,’80s, and’90s.
Movies such as Shah Rukh Khan’s’Baazigar’,’ Jaya Prada’s’Sargam’, along with Madhuri Dixit’s’Tezaab’ were all screened therein.
