Jammu: The day after Devender Singh Rana and Surjit Singh Slath, two popular Dogrra faces from the National Conference (NC), joining BJP, NC suffered other fibers.
Almost a dozen leading political workers, including two former NC legislators, joined BJP here on Sunday, with the family president and the Kashmir Ravinder Raina unit emitted confidence in the next union area.
Those who joined BJP on Sundays including former Minister of Prem Sagar Aziz, former head of the district of Mla Kamal, the visitors’ nc and former Deputy Mayor of Dharmavir Jamwal, among others,.
The Secretary General of the National BJP and Jammair and Kashmir in Tarun Chugh and Raina welcomed new participants, along with hundreds of their supporters, to folds in the presence of senior leaders, including Rana and Slathia, who recently joined the Safron Party.
Rana, the younger brother of the Union Minister Jitendra Singh and provincial president of the National Conference, together with senior coworkers and former Minister of Sashia had quit his party on October 10 and both of them joined BJP in Delhi the following day.
The majority of those who joined BJP, including former Prem Sagar Aziz legislator and Kamal Arora, are considered close to the shutter.
Accompanied by their supporters wearing various types of turbans representing different cultures, including the Dogras, Sikh, Gujjars and Bakarwals, leaders were welcomed by a large sloganeeer at the BJP headquarters in Tributa Nagar, Jammu, where the function of joining was held.
“New participants – both from the National Conference, Congress or PDP – welcome with an open heart and they will be given respect and legitimate positions without discrimination.
