New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday submitted a Chargesheet in three cases relating to the explosive SUV found near Mukesh Ambani’s industrialist residence in February this year, named Mumbai police personnel Sachin Waze among the 10 accused of Chargesheet .
The three cases were initially registered by Mumbai police included one relating to the placement of Mahindra Scorpio vehicles in the Appendix at Carmichael Road, Mumbai during the night intervention 24-25 February 2021 along with 20 Gelatine Sticks Explosive and threats aimed at Mukesh Ambani.
The other FIR was subsequently submitted regarding the theft of Mahindra Scorpio’s vehicle mentioned earlier.
The third FIR related to the unintentional Mansukh Hiran death, whose body was taken from Mumbra Creek on March 5, 2021.
10 was accused mentioned in Chargesheet – submitted in the Special Court of Nia, Mumbai below 605, 302, 364, 384, 386, 403, 419, 465, 471, 473 & 506 from IPC; Section 3 & 25 Act Arms, Part 4 of Explosives Act and Section, 16, 18 & 20 of UA (P) Act — is a Sachin Hindurao Waze R / O Thane, Naresh Ramniklas GOR R / O Row RW R / O Vinayak Balasaheb Shinde @ Vinu R / O Kalva Naka, Thane Riyazuddin Hisamuddin Kazi R / O Jogeshwari, Sunil Dharma Mane R / O Malad, Santosh Atmaram Shelan R / O Malad (E), Anand Pandurang Jadhav R / O Andheri (West) , Satish Tirupati Mothkuri @ Tanni @ Vicky Baba R / O Goregaon (West), Manish Vasantbhai Soni R / O, Malad (W), and Pradeep Rameshwar Sharma @ PS R / O, Andheri (East).
The release of Nia on Friday said that the burdensome evidence after the investigation, against the 10 Chargesheet which was arrested pointed into their involvement in various stages of the explosive conspiracy – Laden Mahindra Scorpio Vehicle, the theft and commission of Mansukh Hiran’s murder.
Further investigation in this case continues.
