Kanpur: A young man was arrested in Mahoba Up under the strict parts of the disbursement of religious conversion which violated the law, ACT Pocso and SC / ST acted to be suspected of imitating, stalking and threatening small children’s schools over the past few months.
The 14-year-old girl was an intermediary student at a government school.
After learning that the young man, Ishaque, had hidden his original identity, the girl complained about alleged Stalker to family members.
He was arrested and sent to prison on Friday, police said.
He has been ordered under the anti-conversion law, in addition to the 354D IPC section (stalking) and 506 (criminal intimidation) and the relevant parts of the protection of children from the actions of sexual violations (Pocso) and SC / ST acting, the police add.
In the complaint, the member of the girl family stated that Ishaque, a resident of Kasba Thai Mohalla, was initially friends with him by hiding his original identity and introducing himself as Raj.
About 15 days ago, when he found out about the truth that young people with who he was in a relationship was a Muslim, he stopped talking to him and blocking his telephone number.
Ishaque was then suspected of beating him and threatened him several times after he refused to talk to him.
The threat is thought to range from kidnapping and destroying it and family members.
Inspector Kotwali Balram Singh on Saturday said, “We have captured the allegations and sent him prison after registering cases under the anti-conversion law, in addition to the IPC, ACT Pocso and SC / ST relevant.”
