Anti-Dacoity Court will hear the final argument in the Behmai case on August 24

Kanpur: Tiffor of the famous Behmai slaughter once again floated the center of attention after the Anti-Dakoitas Court of the Kanpur Dayat on Thursday remains August 24 to hear the final argument.
This case has been improved for the assessment by the official Judheer Kumar Judicial twice in 2019, but because of some technical problems raised by defense advice, the final verdict was postponed.
After that, because of the pandemic Covid-19, hearing cannot be done and only the general date is repaired in the trial.
District Government Advisors (Criminal) Rajiv Porwal, talked to TI on Friday stated that the last date in the trial was August 19 2021 and the defense advisor had submitted a request that a copy of this case was given to him.
Porwal strongly opposed the move and said that the police had submitted a chargesheet in this case on May 22, 1981 and after that in accordance with the CRPC procedure, a copy was given to the defendant.
He then argued that prosecution had begun the trial in 2012 and had produced as many as 15 witnesses in this case.
All were crossed by defense advisors.
Then, they argue before the predecessor of justice officials in this court at the stage of the argument.
Therefore, the request for a copy reaches and it is a delayed tactic.
Special judge Sudhakar Rai afterwards rejected the defense submission and repaired the date for the final argument.
The District Government Advice (DGC) said that the case had reached the assessment stage in 2019, but the CRPC stated that a judge must provide judgment within 14 days after hearing the final argument.
Also, the second aspect is that Judicial officials have been changed.
Therefore, this case is again repaired for the final argument.
When DGC was asked that the last time the case was repaired for assessment, the defense had raised the problem of the diary of the case and claimed that it had been lost and therefore the assessment could not be conveyed, he replied that he had shown that he had shown that the case file was sent to The Supreme Court and according to practice, photocopies of files including diaries are made and remain safe.
“However, the original diary was lost but did not disappear.
I have moved the application in this matter and the court has ordered the reader to investigate this problem and he has reported that a copy of the diary case is in the court file,” he added.
Police IG has also submitted an investigation in this regard and found that the diary was submitted in court and after that it was wrong, perhaps in the transaction to the High Court or Porwal said.
“I am ready for the final argument and try our best to get a verdict in the case of 40 years,” he added.
Ratu Bandit Phoolan Devi along with more than a dozen Dacoit has raided Behmai Village on February 14, 1981, and shot down 20 villages to take revenge for their insults.
