PATNA: Facing a’do or die’ position, Chirag Paswan on Wednesday wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, asking him to rethink his choice of creating his’estranged’ uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras that the LJP Communist party leader at the Lower House and punishes him to the article.
The Lok Sabha Speaker on Monday announced the Declaration of five of those six LJP MPs and recognized Paras since the party’s chief at the Lower House.
Except Jamui MP Chirag, his uncle Prince Raj, Mehboob Ali Qaiser, Veena Devi and Chandan Singh had signed the letter to the Speaker in favour of Paras.
In his correspondence into Birla, Chirag wrote:”Considering Article 26 of this LJP constitution enables central parliamentary board of the party to determine who are the party leader from the Lok Sabha, the choice of declaring Paras as boss is against the provision.” In addition, he said that the five MPs, such as Paras, have been eliminated by the LJP federal executive committee and frozen for anti-party pursuits.
“In light of the above mentioned details and entry, it’s asked to examine the decision taken on June 13 and also to issue fresh round in favor of Chirag Paswan MP since the LJP leader from the Lok Sabha,” Chirag composed.
The Paras set would be to match at Patna on Thursday to select him as the party’s president.
Paras contacted Patna on Wednesday and seen with the LJP office.
“There’s an election party president (Thursday),” Paras told colleagues at Patna airport.
Speaking to mediapersons at Delhi for the first time following the coup at LJP from Paras and additional 4 celebration MPs on Sunday, Chirag blamed JD(U) to developing a rift in the celebration as”it wants Dalits to advance”.
He also held Paras more accountable for the separation in the celebration in addition to the household.
“I was not orphaned the afternoon when my dad passed away.
I’m orphaned now when chacha (Paras) left me” that the 38-year-old Chirag mentioned on an emotional notice.
When asked when the’Hanuman’ (Chirag) will seek out the support of his’Ram’ (PM Modi), Chirag quipped,”In case Hanuman must look for support from Ram, then what’s Hanuman and what’s Ram?” .

Meanwhile, the Paras stated that the four MPs and Lok Sabha secretariat had declared him since the Communist party chief.
“The assembly of the federal executive has been held Tuesday along with the incumbent national celebration president (Chirag) has been taken out of the post.
The election of fresh LJP nationwide president is going to be held in the home of Surajbhan Singh Ji.
The election will be held in accordance with the party’s ministry,” Paras said.
Surajbhan, a former MP and also the senior citizen of Nawada MP Chandan Singh, has been appointed the party’s functioning president from the Paras set on Tuesday.
“I could spare the celebration in addition to the household,” Surajbhan stated.
