Mumbai: Special Court here on Thursday extended until July 5 Detention of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) from two accused of being arrested in connection with the explosive SUV case found in Mukesh Ambani’s industrialist house and the murder of Mansukh Hiran Entrepreneurs.
Allegations Manish Soni and Satish Mothkuri were produced before the Nia Court specifically at the end of their detention on Thursday, and the Investigation Agency was looking for an extension of their prisoners for further investigation into this issue, which was permitted by the court.
Soni and Mothkuri were arrested on June 17, along with former “Specialist Meeting” Pradeep Sharma, who is currently in court detention.
Nia previously told the court that Soni and Mothkuri had killed Hiran and threw away with the help of accused of others.
Central agents have previously arrested police officers Sachin Waze, Riyazuddin Kazi and Sunil Mane in connection with this case, after they were dismissed from the service.
Nia also caught the former Vinayak Police Vinayak Shinde and Cricket Bookie Naresh Gor, and all that was accused of being in your resistance.
The explosion-Laden SUV was found abandoned near Ambani’s South Mumbai Residence “Antilia” on February 25 this year.
Thane-based businessman Mansukh Hiran, who has claimed that he owned a vehicle, was found dead on the river in Mumbra on March 5.
