AOA Complaints, Fund Transfer: Realtors have not finished, noida to seal units that are not sold

Noida: Authority Noida on Friday initiated actions against developers who had not acted on complaints related to the submission of maintenance to the apartment owner association, among others.
During the meeting in August, the authority had given the September 30 deadline developer.
The most common complaint is the cost of free interest maintenance that is not transferred to Aoas after handover.
Friday, Noida authorities ordered sealing units that were not sold in projects with ATS and Supertech.
Penthouses that are not inhabited from ATS One Hamlet in Sector 104 and unsold units in Capetown Supertech in Sector 74 will be sealed.
Officials said no further construction would be permitted in the Capetown project because the developer not only failed to resolve the buyer’s problem raised but also did not pay water fees by Rs 10 Crore.
The authority has requested Prateek resolution to submit a plan to pay the remaining funds to AOA from Edifice Prateek in Sector 107.
It also ordered inspections on the basis of AOA Mahagun Moderne complaints in Sector 78.Agun and Sunshine Infrabuild Pvt Ltd (Sunshine Helios in Sector 78) Release with a warning because the two developers said the cases were delayed in the presence of the Allahabad High Court.
ATS Group was also asked to submit a plan for October 4 resolution to sort out the problem with AOA and compiled another proposal for Greens Village in the 93A sector.
While most developers cannot be contacted, the ATS CEO of the Sanjay Sethi Group said, “We have been actively involved in the process of delivering with AOA and has maintained the authority of the noida intimidated at all steps.
The apartment in question is a uninhabited unit that is incorrectly sealed -Gesa.
We have provided relevant documents to the authority to immediately seal the apartment.
