Frizzter: Forest Officials Seize Fisheries Pukat Andhra Pradesh for alleged fishing in the no-fishing zone near the Rushikulya River’s mouth on Ganjam.
The Trawler and seven crew members were handed over to the Department of Fisheries (Marine) on Thursday for legal action.
“The area they entered had been notified as a no-fishing zone for the safety of the Olive Sea Turtles Ridley,” said Amlan Nayak, Division Forest Officer (DFO), was mixed.
