Gurgaon: The fire broke out in Rohingya refugee camp in Noah on Wednesday.
About 30 Shanties was destroyed in Blaze.
Even though there was no loss of life reported, the fire moved nearly 100 people.
Suspected short circuit has started it.
Firefighting officials said the fire broke around 8:30 a.m.
on Wednesday at Chandeni Camp 2 in Ferozepur Namak Village.
Three fire tenders rushed to the place.
Meanwhile, the fire spreads, and needs firefighters almost two hours to extinguish the fire.
Kamal Hussain, a refugee who works as a bet every day, says his bumps on fire and they spend the night at the nearest madrasa.
“Last night (Wednesday), we all slept in madrasas.
The women and children slept inside and those who could not be accommodated to sleep outside in the cold,” he said.
Like other refugees, Hussain lost everything he had in fire, including clothing, documents, and other important things.
“We now go with only the clothes we wear.
Everything else turns ashes,” Hussain said.
Deputy Commissioner Shakti Singh said they had provided a dry allotment for 15 days for the affected family.
“We offer a school building to them, but they refuse it say some people who live across the street will accommodate them there.
We gave them 100 blankets and served cooked food three times today.
We also have provided construction materials to help them build Hut, “said Singh.
