Back in 2017, we saw reports from Bloomberg who claimed Apple was working on the ‘ROS’ new operating system also known as ‘realyo’.
Now, a report by 9to5mac suggests that we can see this new operating system in 2022.
Claim reports that the OS will power the upcoming Ar / VR headset.
The report revealed that the reference to ‘reallyity’ has been found in the Open Source DYLD Repo and in the Appearing App Store log.
This means that the headset will have the App Store itself where third-party developers can share applications augmented reality and virtual reality.
Steve Troughton-Smith’s Twitter users have also highlighted references to reality which is likely to help developers to test the application for the Apple Ar / VR headset before the device is widely available.

In accordance with Apple analysts known Ming-Chi Kuo has shared new details about the device.
In research records, KUO also shares details about the headset power adapter.
According to Kuo, the headset will use a 96W power adapter used for the 14-inch Apple MacBook Pro.
Apart from this, he also confirms that the device will be equipped with two processors including the 4NM chip and 5nm chip.
Apple is unknown to reveal anything about the upcoming product but rumors around the company’s AR / VR headsets have been circulating for a while now.
While many leaks and rumors express some details about the headset, in the notes to investors Kuo revealed that the technology giant would likely launch the gadget at the end of 2022 with limited inventory.
In accordance with that note, he believes that product delivery will not begin until the first quarter of 2023, shows that only a number of headsets will be available for customers at the time of launch.
Paper Shared Display Supply Chain (DSCC) also suggests the same launch timeline for the headset.
The report also reveals that the upcoming device will have a three view configuration.
According to the report, Apple will combine two micro OLED displays and one AMOLED panel in the headset.
According to previous reports by Ming-Chi Kuo, the Apple headset will weigh between 300 and 400 grams.
He also said that the headset will be able to provide performance compared to the M1 chipset used by companies in MacBooks.
Other rumors show that the device will also be equipped with a sophisticated sensor for environmental detection and movement.
