Apple has announced a new service program for a small percentage of iPhone 12 series users.
The program discusses sound problems that might experience several iPhone 12 series models during calls.
So, if you have an iPhone 12 series cellphone that doesn’t emit sound from the receiver when you make or receive a call, it might be eligible for service.
Which iPhone model is eligible for services services will include the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro model.
However, not all iPhone 12 models and iPhone 12 Pro will qualify.
The affected device can include produced between October 2020 and April 2021.
This service will be free and will be provided by Apple or Apple authorized.
However, the iPhone 12 mini and the iPhone 12 Pro Max will not be part of this program.
Apple noted that the repair program included a Pro iPhone 12 or 12 device affected for two years after the first cellphone sales of cellphones.
In terms of damaged cellphones that affect the ability to complete repairs, the problem needs to be completed before service.
In such cases, customers may have to pay for additional improvements.
Those affected by problems can order promises at the Apple retail store or Apple’s official service provider.

Also, this program does not expand the scope of the standard iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 pro warranty.
