Earlier this week Apple launched two new features – Spatial lossless music support and audio – to Apple Music.
At that time, Cupertino-based Giant Tech said that these features would also come to the Apple Music App on Android.
Now, its features are launched to Android users.
According to a report by 9to5Google, version 3.6 of the Apple Music application appears with these features.
Application updates clearly stated, “Apple Music added a spatial listening experience on compatible devices, with thousands of tracks in Dolby atmos available when launched.” Furthermore, updates include: lossless audio, new ways to experience sound without compromise, with bit-for-bit accuracy.
• Automatic Crossfade, new ways to listen that combine every song into the next one for a smooth experience.
Enhanced searches to libraries, which allow you to easily find your favorite music with in-line search.
The Times of India-Gadgetsnow checks and verifies that updates now live on Android phones.
Lossless music includes audio files that managed to maintain original data when certain songs are arranged.
Many songs when compressed loss ‘originality’ – something that is preserved lossless audio files.
Apple uses ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec) to preserve each single bits of the original audio file.
This means fans will be able to hear their favorite songs exactly like artists creating them in the studio.
Spatial audio, on the other hand, is a deep sound technology that makes experience more like life and better.
However, spatial audio on Android will work with a telephone that supports Dolby atmos.
