The latest update version 7.6 for Watchos is now sliding to Apple Watch users.
Updates bring some new changes, features and bug fixes.
The main changes are additional support for ECG application support and irregular heart rate notifications in more areas.
Apple added support for Australia, Japan, Peru, Philippines, Vietnam, and other countries earlier this year with a 7.4 watchos update.

Those who do not know, ECG stands for electrocardiography and is used to do electrocardiograms.
This helps measure cardiac electric pulses.
Basically it is a voltage graph versus the time of electrical activity of the heart.
