Apple will boost prices for applications and purchases in the application (excluding subscriptions that can be updated automatically) in several countries in the next few days.
However, the results will be adjusted accordingly and will be calculated based on exclusive tax prices, Apple said in news posts on its website.
Giant Technology has quoted digital taxes and exchange rates to move.
The App Store application will be more expensive in Bahrain, Ukraine and Zimbabwe, with VAT in these countries (in that order) to increase by 5 percent, 20 percent and 5 percent respectively.
While the countries above will see price increases in the application in the App Store, there are several countries where prices will not increase but “the results will be adjusted to reflect the following tax changes.” In the Bahamas, value added tax will decrease from 12% to 10%, Oman will get a 5% increase tax and Tajikistan will see value added tax decreases from 18% to 15%.
Apple also shares upcoming regulations for Austria, Latvia and Romania which are the following.
“Austria: Transfer Tax Rates Value up to 10% after a temporary decline to 5% for e-books that meet the Terms and Book of Audio Latvia: Value Added Tax Rates drop from 21% to 5% for e-book qualifications and e-publications Romania : Value Added Tax Rates drop from 19% to 5% for e-books, audio books, and eligible e-publications “
