New Delhi: The Delhi High Court Friday requested “All Status Reports” from Delhi Police in the Bail Application which was transferred by former member of the AAP Council Tahir Hussain in cases arising from Northeast Delhi Riot last year.
Yogesh Khanna Justice, who heard four guarantee applications by Hussain in a separate Fire registered by the Dayalpur police station, said that he would hear the argument by the parties after the court received status reports in all cases.
Senior Adviser Advisory Hussain Mohit Mathur and advocacy advocacy adviser D K Bhatia told the court that the police had submitted status reports in two cases.
“All status reports must be taken on notes.
We can have it later.
Send status reports to the registry,” said the judge and registered the case to hear on August 18.
The court also noted that records for data contained only one status report.
Piral was related to the alleged commission of riot violations in the Dayalpur area during the riots in February 2020.
Two cases also concerned the injury suffered by two people because the stones of the riots, throwing gasoline bombs and shooting gunfire from the terrace of Hussain’s house and accused the commission of violations Efforts to kill and violate weapons.
Notification of one of the two bail applications was issued by Justice Khanna on July 13.
Other Assurance Applications related to FIR which accused the destruction of public property and notifications issued on July 29.
