BHUBANESWAR: The Centre’s decision to cancel the Class-XII board exam must be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday acquired a mixed reaction from pupils.

“Class XII has been believed to be the pruning stage of our livelihood.
In most of the classes and institutes I’m applying for higher research, they’re requesting for Class-XII marks.

So an evaluation based on our operation in previous examinations might not be honest,” explained Ananya Subhahree, a student of DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur.
“The choice to cancel the test for our security is welcome, however we worked hard throughout the year.
Now that may go into waste.
We’re really concerned about the marking method to be embraced,” said Nikita Mohanty, a pupil of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Komna at Nuapada district.
Pupils and parents are demanding the cancelation of their board examinations more than anxieties of Covid-19.

“We advised that the Centre’s decision to cancel the board examinations for the protection of our kids.
