New Delhi: When the Delhi High Court heard a number of petitions on the criminalization of marital rape, the leader of the Rahul Gandhi congress on Sunday said approval was among the most underrated concepts in the community and it must be born to ensure salvation for women.
The statement took place in the middle of the trial at the Pils High Court submitted by the NGO Rit Foundation and all Indian Democratic Women’s Associations, a man and a woman who tried to revoke the exception given to husband and wife under the law of Indian rape.
Pleas has also been submitted by several organizations that are truly men who oppose petitions who want to cancel the exception, say no questions about discrimination and parliament have maintained these provisions given the overall view of Indian society.

The central government, in the previous written statement submitted in this case, said that the marital rape cannot be criminal acts because it can become a phenomenon that can disrupt marriage institutions and tools that are easy to harass the husbands.
The Delhi government has told the court that the marital rape has been filled with “cruel crime” under the Criminal Code.
An NGO applicant has challenged the constitutionality of the exception of marital rape under the 375 IPC section for reasons discriminated against married women who were sexually attacked by their husbands.
