Mumbai: Unlike Arya Khan, two other accused of being guaranteed on the same day when he had to live in prison for another night because they could not finish the guarantee formalities despite a panic attempt by lawyers, their families and friends.
Aryan Arbaaz Merchant (26) and the model of Madhya Pradesh Munmun Dhamecha (28) had to spend their 27th night in Arthur Road Jail and Jail Byculla.
Both of them finally managed to get the release order from the court only at 7:30 p.m., they would likely be released on Sunday.
Nine other guarantees by the NDPS court on Saturday made home after released late at night.

Previously in court at 5:20 a.m., Merchant’s father Aslam Merchant said the family hoped the prison would consider delaying half an hour or more.
Aslam claimed that the power outage at 4 pm in court has replied half an hour.
“I met my son in the morning.
He was annoyed with delays and wanted to come out immediately.
Even Aryan came out now.
He was alone,” said Aslam.
Ali Kaashif Khan said they managed to drop the order released in the 8.30 night box.
