Ardee City Builder was ordered to violate licensing norms

Gurgaon: Ardee City developer, 13 of the associate companies and their directors have been ordered due to violations of project licensing terms and conditions issued by the State Town Department and Planning (DTCP) for the housing community.
The developer has also been accused of cheating to show some land owned by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) as part of the city when looking for a license.
This step came after the DTCP wrote to the DTCP director who was looking for actions against the developer, Gopal Dass Estates & Housing, on Monday.
Builders and associated companies together have a license for its flagship property development – the city of Ardee and Heights Palm Grove – at 204.4 hectares of land in sectors 51-52 and 57.
Around 2,850 families currently live there.
When contacted, Anil Hasija from Gopal Plantation Dass said: “We are looking for legal opinions.” Builder was given three licenses in 1995, 1997 and again in 2002 for these projects.
But after DTCP received complaints about the disputed ownership of around 45.2 hectares.
According to the norm, the developer needs to have land ownership and ownership before applying for a license on it.
“The license is obtained by sending false income documents.
Colony (Ardee) has not been arranged according to the approved layout plan and a number of other deviations have been observed,” said DTP (enforcement) Batth Hospital.
The title of 45.21 hectares of licensed land is unclear, he added.
According to the DTCP letter written to the police on Monday, there were no community sites in the colony that had been transferred to the government in the specified time according to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
“Group Housing Buildings (Block A to E) stands occupied without getting a job certificate from the department.
There are no documents that are in accordance with the ownership law of Haryana Apartment has been submitted to date.
None of the plots and flat ews that have been allocated or built , “said Batth.
While construction has been carried out at 702 plots, the work certificate of only 301 buildings has been issued until now.
In addition, the developer has not yet been issued a partial settlement or certificate for colonies so far.
DTCP canceled Ardee City’s license earlier this month.
The case is registered under Section 10 (violation of the terms and conditions of the license) of the development and regulations of Haryana, the law and section of urban 120b (criminal conspiracy), 420 (cheating), 467 (forgery) and 471 (forging) and 471 (using forged documents) From IPC at the Sector Police Station 53 on Monday.
