Arjan Bajwa is famous for its role in ‘fashion’, ‘Rustom’, ‘Teacher’, ‘Kabir Singh’ and others.
In an exclusive interview with Etime, open actors about films that put them on the map, playing varied roles, and more.
Quote …
From all the actors you have done so far, has become an absolute dream to work with? All actors I have done are truly amazing.
Everyone has their own taste and style.
I can’t show only one.
I was lucky enough to work with many stalwarts – whether it was Manoj Bajpayee in ‘Lanka’, or Priyanka Chopra in ‘Fashion’, Abhishek Bachchan in ‘Teacher’, or Akshay Kumar and Ilea d’Cruz in ‘Rustom’, or Shahid Kapoor at ‘Kabir Singh’.
In ‘Tell me O Khuda’, there are star star stars who include Rishi Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, and Dharmendra.
I was paired opposite Esha Deol in it.
I have a great experience working with all of them.
Which is a movie that changes your career forever? I don’t think that there is a film that has changed my career forever.
However, if there is a film that gives me a platform or allows me to become an integral part of the film, it’s ‘mode’.
This film puts me on the map.
I was paired opposite Priyanka Chopra, who had become a big star.
It has many eyeballs.
People pay attention to me as other actors who are part of the film business in the capacity of the league or KMINTessensial hero.
There has been a drastic change as far as it concerns content, especially in OTT.
How do you see this change, as an actor? Content on the OTT platform is very different.
There are many stories that you can’t make into a movie.
They are being said to be more elaborative episodic form, and long format on OTT.
But, as an actor, I felt there were no changes like that.
The exhibition format is different but the work process is the same.
The drastic changes that I found are within reach.
Our Hindi films do not release the whole world.
Certain places don’t realize the Hindi cinema.
With OTT, your film or series reaches far and wide.
People sitting in other corners of the world can see your work.
You have a wide extensive audience base.
You have played the protagonist and antagonist in the film.
Which role do you attract the most and why? Playing antagonists and protagonists is part of your work.
I enjoy playing both roles evenly.
I am an actor so the main point for me is to do justice for the role that I play on the screen.
However, what I have learned for years is that playing protagonists encourage your career forward and help you move faster and higher.
So my tendency to play more protagonist roles has become a priority.
With the possibility of soaring locking above our heads again, what does it mean to Bollywood who has just continued work? Bollywood doesn’t have to stop.
We can always rest when such lock situations come.
We have studied in the past half a year how to deal with it.
In the case there are unwanted scenes, lock or other waves, we only have to take part in the SOP set by the government.
Bollywood is no different from the community where we live.
We are part of the same ecosystem.
If other fields stop their work, so are Bollywood.
The spirit does not die.
We started from where we stopped.
We take everything again.
That is a great thing about our industry.
That is why it is said, whatever happens, the show must continue.
